The floor is open!

The speed and intensity of debates drastically increased since the unfolding of the "Danish Text". The text corresponds to the recent movement of the developed countries, notably the US and the EU, towards a break of the bondage between the climate convention UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocoll.
